Planning & Pricing

How much does a paver patio cost in Utah?+

Every project is priced individually, square footage, materials, patterns, access and drainage all factor in. We provide free written estimates after an on-site walkthrough.

What affects paver installation pricing?+

Site prep and excavation, base depth, material selection, cutting complexity, drainage design and any structural walls or features.

Are pavers more expensive than concrete?+

Up-front paver costs are typically higher than plain concrete, but pavers are more repairable and typically hold their appearance longer.

Do you offer free estimates?+

Yes, every on-site consultation and written estimate is free and no-pressure.

Design & Materials

What is the best paver material for a driveway?+

The right paver depends on load, look and budget. We prioritize freeze–thaw-rated products and coordinate them with the home's architecture.

Are permeable pavers available?+

Yes. Permeable systems can help with drainage-sensitive sites and, in some jurisdictions, with stormwater requirements.

Can you add onto an existing patio?+

Often yes. Matching an existing color is easier when the original paver is still manufactured, we'll help you evaluate options.

Installation & Care

What base is used beneath pavers?+

We use a compacted road-base and bedding-sand system sized to the loads the surface will carry, with edge restraint and joint sanding to keep everything locked in.

How do pavers handle Utah freeze–thaw?+

Freeze–thaw-rated pavers combined with proper base depth, drainage and joint sand hold up well when the install is done right.

How long does installation take?+

Most residential patios and driveways run one to three weeks depending on scope and weather.

Do I need a permit?+

Some retaining walls and structures may require permits or engineering, we help clarify local requirements before we start.

Do pavers crack?+

Individual pavers can chip or crack over time, but they can be replaced one at a time, a major advantage over slab systems.

Do pavers need sealing?+

Sealing is optional and can enhance color and stain resistance. We can walk you through the trade-offs for your specific project.

How often should pavers be maintained?+

Light sweeping, occasional joint-sand top-up and periodic sealing (if you chose to seal) keep pavers looking their best.

Do you repair sunken or uneven pavers?+

Yes, repair and restoration are core services, whether or not we installed the original surface.

Service Areas

Which Utah communities do you serve?+
