By using this website or requesting information from Empire Pavers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Project photos, descriptions, pricing ranges, and timelines shown here are examples of past and typical work. They are for general information only and are not an offer, quote, or guarantee of the same result on your property. Site conditions, material availability, and design choices change every project.

Estimates and proposals

• Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough and on the scope described in the proposal.
• Unforeseen conditions such as buried debris, utilities, drainage issues, or unstable soil may require a change order.
• Written proposals are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Material pricing can change after that date.
• Work begins only after a signed proposal and any required deposit.

Scheduling and weather

Start dates and completion windows are estimates. Utah weather, frozen ground, supplier delays, permits, and inspections can shift a schedule. We keep you updated when dates move.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and progress payments are set out in your signed proposal. Invoices are due on the terms stated there. Work may pause on past due balances.

Property access and site conditions

You agree to provide access to the work area, identify private utilities, sprinkler lines, and other buried features, and confirm property lines and HOA or municipal requirements. We call for public utility locates where required, but we are not responsible for unmarked private lines.

Workmanship and materials

Workmanship coverage is stated in your proposal. Manufactured pavers, blocks, and other materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Natural variation in color, texture, and efflorescence is normal in stone and concrete products and is not a defect. Settling caused by irrigation leaks, added loads, excavation by others, or lack of maintenance is not covered.

Photography

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and social media. Photos do not include your name or address unless you approve it. Tell us in writing if you prefer we do not photograph your project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Empire Pavers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos, and design on this website belong to Empire Pavers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
